Core Cut Diamond Blades are engineered to cut a wide range of materials including concrete, asphalt, brick, block, ductile iron, PVC, cast iron, rebar, porcelain tile, granite, marble, natural stone, and green (freshly poured) concrete. Specialized blades are available for each material type to ensure optimal performance and blade longevity.

Wet cutting uses water to cool the blade and flush debris, reducing heat buildup and extending blade life — ideal for tile and hard materials. Dry cutting requires no water but generates more heat, making it suited for occasional cuts in concrete or masonry. Most DI Tool blades support both wet and dry operation for maximum versatility.

Select a blade based on the material you are cutting, required diameter, arbor size, and whether you will cut wet or dry. For hard materials like granite or porcelain, use a continuous rim or J-slot blade. For concrete and asphalt, segmented or turbo blades perform best. For ductile iron or pipe, use a dedicated turbo blade with core protection.
